What is the BOND bracelet made of?
The BOND bracelet is made of 316L stainless steel — one of the most skin-friendly materials available. Hypoallergenic, durable, and resistant to daily wear. The gold version features a premium 14k gold plating, while the silver version has a high-quality rhodium plating. Both versions are equipped with a protective coating for extra durability.
Does the bracelet fit every wrist?
Yes. The bracelet has a diameter of 58mm and, thanks to its open cuff design, can always be adjusted to your size. Gently bend the ends inwards for a smaller fit, or slightly outwards for more room.
How do I use the bracelet while feeding?
Wear the bracelet on the side you'll feed from next. Loop it around your top during feeding – this keeps your clothing up and there’s nothing between you and your baby. After each feeding, switch it to the other wrist. This way, you’ll always know which side you left off on, without having to think about it.
Is the bracelet safe to wear while breastfeeding
The BOND bracelet is made of smoothly polished stainless steel with no sharp edges or protruding parts. It is safe to wear during feeding. If you notice that the bracelet is rubbing against your baby, adjust the fit slightly—a well-fitting cuff stays in place and does not move.
Can I wear the bracelet in the shower or while exercising?
The BOND bracelet is made of stainless steel and can withstand a splash of water. However, we advise taking it off while showering, swimming, and during intense exercise. This will keep the finish looking good for longer and ensure its longevity.
Can I still wear the bracelet even if I'm no longer breastfeeding?
Absolutely. The BOND bracelet is designed to last — long after the last feeding. That's exactly the idea behind OUI MAMI. A piece of jewelry for now, and a memory for later.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation with track & trace so you can follow your package.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay via iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, and all payment methods covered by Shopify Payments.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@oui-mami.com. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll see what we can do. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after shipping, but you can return the order.
Returns & Warranty
How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging. Send an email to info@oui-mami.com and we will arrange the rest.
When will I get my money back after a return?
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

About OUI MAMI
What's the story behind OUI MAMI?
OUI MAMI originated from personal experience. Founder Christa — mother of two girls — discovered during her second breastfeeding journey that an open cuff bracelet held her clothing up while feeding. The idea was there. What was missing was a bracelet that not only worked but also looked beautiful. A piece of jewelry that you wear not just because it helps, but also because you want to wear it. That is OUI MAMI.
Where does the name OUI MAMI come from?
OUI is French for 'yes' — but the deeper meaning lies in the quote that forms the brand's foundation: "There's no OUI without U and I." The name refers to the unique bond between mother and child. There is no 'we' without you and I — that is the breastfeeding relationship in its purest form.
MAMI instead of MAMA is a conscious choice. Mama is a role. Mami feels warmer, more personal, more playful. Together, the name exudes both style and emotion.
